Minimum 5 years` experience working within the fine dining hospitality industry, with a background in Pre-opening of new restaurants.
Project: New Restaurant, 120 seats / 100 covers per night, Dining room to night life operation in the Caribbean.
Exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to part of a luxury brand in the Caribbean, who have created a modern vibrant dining area with a view. The Restaurant Manager will be serving a modern Mediterranean Cuisine led by a renowned international Chef, bringing the St. Tropez to the Caribbean. Restaurant Manager must come with a proven background and able to provide references from previous outlets.
