Assistant Project Manager ¬ Caribbean
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management within the Construction industry.
- The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager / Construction Manager to manage larger Projects in the Caribbean.
- The Assistant Project Manager will be more autonomous on smaller Caribbean Projects but will be supported by the Project/ Construction Manager
- The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for meeting clients, pricing and programming work, cost control and reporting, construction management on the Caribbean projects.
- The Assistant Project Manager must be flexible to work effectively in the office and on the Caribbean project sites.
- The Assistant Project Manager must be knowledgeable in MS Project & Office, experience in RTK surveying and CAD software would be a plus.
- The Assistant Project Manager must have experience working on Commercial and Coastal projects based in the Caribbean.
- The Assistant Project Manager must be flexible to travel to various Caribbean Islands for the duration of projects.
- The Assistant Project Manager must be travelling single status.
