Site Manager ~ Caribbean

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working in the role or similar.

  • The Site Manager would be responsible to the Project Manager or Manager Construction Department, for the overall superintendence and management of the project/s assigned to at the Caribbean construction company.
  • The Site Manager would direct construction works on project site of the Caribbean construction company.
  • The Site Manager would supervise, inspect and monitor all construction activities to ensure that they comply to quality requirements.
  • The Site Manager ould identify and organize the efficient deployment of plant, material and labour. Ensure that site resources and sub-contractors are efficiently deployed.
  • The Site Manager would direct, motivate, control and co-ordinate all sections of the project/s to the optimum benefit of the Caribbean construction company.
  • The Site Manager would ensure that the method and quality of construction conform with accepted standards of the Caribbean construction company.
  • The Site Manager would prepare construction programmes and schedules utilizing Microsoft Project and other similar scheduling computer programmes.
  • The Site Manager would be the focal point for site control system, budgeting, cost control, site diary, taking off quantities, preparing time related schedule of materials, sub-contractor valuation, maintain and update the contract program.
  • The Site Manager would implement and administer the Caribbean construction company’s policy for site management, quality assurance and safety.
  • Must have experience working on projects from start to finish.
  • Caribbean experience would be an asset.
  • Experience working on large to medium scale commercial and resort development projects.
