Sous Chef ~ Caribbean

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the role with 5-star luxury brands.

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or similar Certifications/Diploma.
  • Portfolio of work to be submitted.
  • Caribbean experience would be an asset.
  • The Sous Chef must be an excellent collaborator who works well within a team.
  • The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with all aspects relating to the day-to-day running of kitchens.
  • Must ensure that all menu items are properly prepared using correct recipes, methods of preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without loss of efficiency or composure.
