Mixologist ~ Caribbean

Minimum of 4 years experience in role or similar within luxury hospitality.

The Mixologist would assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner at the Caribbean Resort.
The Mixologist must possesses extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, beers, wines, and spirits.
The Mixologist would develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures for the Caribbean Resort.
The Mixologist would provide direct service to residents at the Caribbean Resort including, creating specialty concoctions, serving tables, seating residents etc.
The Mixologist would maintain accurate par levels and inventory of supplies at the Caribbean Resort.
The Mixologist would communicate suggestions that would enhance and improve service levels and efficiency st the Caribbean Resort.
The Mixologist would plan and schedule staff based upon volume.
Keep open dialogue with both wine and beverage suppliers and keep records of and monitor beverage costings.
The Mixologist would prepares non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails smoothies, coffee, tea, juice, etc., for residents at the Caribbean Resort.
Prepares the Caribbean Resort specialty drinks according to recipes provided.
Sets up bar stations with supplies such as glasses, mixers, bottles of liquor, etc.
Maintains a clean and organized bar area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Proven experience in medium to large hotel environment.
Certified in Flair Bartending from a reputable institution would be an asset.
