Sous Chef ~ Caribbean
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the role with 5-star luxury brands.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or similar Certifications/Diploma.
- Portfolio of work to be submitted.
- Caribbean experience would be an asset.
- The Sous Chef must be an excellent collaborator who works well within a team.
- The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with all aspects relating to the day-to-day running of kitchens.
- Must ensure that all menu items are properly prepared using correct recipes, methods of preparation and presentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without loss of efficiency or composure.
