Quantity Surveyor ~ Caribbean
Quantity Surveyor required who has a proven track record working for the Main Contractor who has built luxury Condos/Family homes for high end clients. Caribbean or Overseas experience is ideal but not essential.
Job details and requirements:
- Luxury high end homes for exclusive clients
- Able to use the latest quantity surveying software
- Computer literate is a must
- QS will be working alongside the Project Manager attending Client meetings and updating them with budget requirements throughout the progress of their property building
- Ideal QS would have worked with Main contractors
- Must be an excellent team player and communicator
- Able to liaise with subcontractors making sure they stay within the budgets and timelines
- Able to work on multiple projects at one time
Candidates must be fully vaccinated due to work permit requirements.
