Chief Operating Officer ~ Caribbean
Minimum of 5 – 10 years in senior leadership roles within hospitality, real estate, or related industries, with a strong track record of operational and financial success.

  • The Chief Operating Officer would oversee and guide day-to-day operations across hotels, resorts, and real estate ventures, and more, ensuring alignment with the Caribbean company goals and financial performance.
  • The Chief Operating Officer would lead the sales and marketing teams to drive the Caribbean brands growth, increase resort bookings and real estate sales, and enhance market positioning across all properties and ventures.
  • The Chief Operating  Officer would champion sustainability and conservation initiatives, ensuring all operations adhere to eco-friendly practices that align with the group’s commitment to responsible tourism and environmental stewardship on the Caribbean Island.
  • The Chief Operating Officer would lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team across all levels, including General Managers and shared service departments (finance, sales, facilities, HR, IT), to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
  • The Chief Operating Officer would drive operational efficiency and service excellence, maintaining the highest standards in guest satisfaction, owner relations, and staff development, while meeting established quality metrics at the Caribbean Properties.
  • The Chief Operating Officer would collaborate with Group Financial Controller and finance teams to optimize financial performance, implement cost controls, and ensure budgetary goals are achieved across all Caribbean properties and ventures.
  • The Chief Operating Officer would act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, attending board meetings for all Caribbean entities, providing insights on operations, financials, and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and inspire a culture of performance and excellence.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and brand development, with experience driving growth in 5-star and 4-star hospitality and real estate sectors for the Caribbean property.
  • The Chief Operating Officer must have experience in leading and integrating sustainability and conservation initiatives into operations, ensuring eco-conscious practices across all properties.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, P&L oversight, and budgetary processes in both hospitality and real estate operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience reporting to C-suite executives, attending board meetings, and working with high-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in luxury, leisure and corporate hospitality, real estate operations, and client/guest relations, with a keen understanding of market trends and industry best practices.
