In Room-Dining Manager ~Caribbean

Minimum experience of 4 years’ in role or similar working for 5 star luxury property.

  • The In-Room Dining Manager would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operation of the Caribbean hotel’s room service operation. 
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would be responsible for managing all room service personnel at the Caribbean hotel.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would respond to guest complaints in a timelt manner at the Caribbean hotel.
  • The in In-Room Dining Manager would work  along with other F&B Managers and keep them informed of F&B issues as they arise at the Caribbean Hotel.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would ensure that the staff are meeting all established standards of service through ongoing and recurrent training and monitoring at the Caribbean hotel.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenity set-up and delivery at the Caribbean Resort.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would ensure compliance with all health and sanitation regulations at the Caribbean hotel.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would ensure interactions with guests are courteous, demonstrating excellent customer service at the Caribbean hotel.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would implement measures to reduce or eliminate loss and breakage at the Caribbean hotel.
  • The In-Room Dining Manager would be responsible for producing reports and conducting departmental meetings.
  • Caribbean experience would be an asset.
  • Must have experience with Resorts adhering to Forbes Standards or Leading Hotels of the World (LHW).
