Private Residences Club Sales Manager ~ Caribbean

A minimum of 5 years’ management level experience in sales / timeshare sales preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.

Must have experience in timeshare sales.

  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will lead and manage the Caribbean Resort’s sales team, providing guidance and support in collaboration with the Private Residence Club Director of Sales.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will assist in establishing the Caribbean Resort’s sales targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will support the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to maximize revenue at the Caribbean Resort.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will train new sales representatives and provide ongoing coaching at the Caribbean Resort.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team and individual performance.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager must be skillful at negotiating terms, prices, and conditions to close deals.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager must stay informed about the timeshare industry, product updates, and market trends.
  • The Private Residence Club Sales Manager must be able to effectively communicate the unique selling points of the timeshare properties.
  • Must be proficient in SPI Software.
  • Single status preferred.
