Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the role with 5-star luxury brands.
Degree in Culinary Arts or similar Certifications/Diploma.
Portfolio of work to be submitted.
Must have Caribbean experience.
The Sous Chef must be an excellent collaborator who works well within a team.
The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with all aspects relating to the day-to-day running of kitchens.
Must ensure that all menu items are properly prepared using correct recipes, methods of preparation and presentation.
Must be able to work in fast paced working environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without loss of efficiency or composure.
