Factory trained with Carrier and or Trane, York or McQuay, or any other recognised Chiller manufacturer.
Install, commission, service and maintain Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems, must specialize in servicing, maintaining chilled water chillers and associated DDC or BMS controls.
Performs repairs, overhauls, installations and start ups of both commercial and residential equipment to a high standard
Performs site surveys, replacement, modifications and technical support as needed or requested by the customer
Mentor and train other HVAC/R technicians and apprentices in the installation and servicing of all mechanical systems using excellent HVAC/R practices
Flexibility to work weekends and or as the duty engineer requires.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent from two years of college or technical school with a certificate in either Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Heating and Ventilation
Completing a 3 year minimum apprenticeship as a Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Engineer
Minimum of 10 years related industry experience with a Journeyman qualification
Written documentation outlining previous experience with installation, servicing and maintaining all HVAC/R equipment and systems
Valid driving license

Compensation:
USD$34.50/hr ($1,380/week) 40hr work week with overtime potential
