Sales Representative
The Sales Representative sells home sites, homes and marina berths located within the resort property. The Representative will be responsible for responding to, managing and nurturing leads that come in through digital channels and that are on property. The Representative will be actively engaged in all aspects of the sales process.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Sales Strategy as laid out by the Head of Department
  • Collaborate with the Sales Administrator, Marketing Coordinator and Legal Team on lead generation and contract and closing.
  • Support Marketing Team where it relates to Real Estate Sales
  • Assist at trade shows and onsite or offsite events as directed by the Real Estate Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with the hotel partners to identify event and marketing opportunities with guests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and representative at all times
  • Manage Sales Force database of clients.
  • Remain informed about local real estate market, the customer profile, other “competitor” communities, industry trends, customer trends, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • minimum 3 years sales consultancy experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office
  • Marketing skills
