The Sales Manager must be based in the United States of America (USA).
BSc in Sales & Marketing or related field
- The Sales Manager must have strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- The Sales Manager would increase trade bookings and overall occupancies for the Caribbean Resort.
- The Sales Manager would develop strategic sales plans specifically tailored to the US market to
- achieve and exceed sales targets for the Caribbean Resort.
- The Sales Manager would be the main point of contact for the Caribbean Resort with prestigious
- consortia including Virtuoso, American Express (Amex), Select, and others.
- The Sales Manager would organize and lead road shows in various regions to personally meet
- with travel agents, consortia members, and other stakeholders showcasing the Caribbean Resort’s
- unique offerings and experiences to drive interest and bookings.
- The Sales Manager would plan and conduct engaging online webinars to educate partners and
- clients about the Caribbean Resort highlighting unique selling points, latest updates, and special promotions to keep partners informed and excited.
- The Sales Manager would plan and host engaging events such as lunches, dinners, and networking
- gatherings in conjunction with market representatives.
- The Sales Manager would represent the Caribbean Resort at important industry events, trade shows, and conferences to boost brand visibility.
- Sales territory: Primarily eastern Seaboard and any other territory as designated
