Restaurant Manager – Caribbean This position has overall responsibility related to the service of food and beverage within the restaurant and bars ensuring the ultimate in guest satisfaction and engagement as well as the highest quality of output and personalized service
Qualifications/Experience:
Associate degree in hospitality management or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Always maintain complete control of the designated outlets and ensure that quality and timely service is provided according to the sequence of service and other operating procedures.
Provide direct service to residents as needed, including, but not limited to, serving tables, bussing tables, seating residents and general “floor” duties.
Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of the restaurant operation.
Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures.
Move throughout the outlets and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure that the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products are always delivered with the highest quality.
Provide direct service to residents as needed, including, but not limited to, serving tables, bussing tables, seating residents and general “floor” duties.
Must be able to provide clean police record, Medical, Negative PCR test
