Restaurant Manager ~ Caribbean
Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating a luxury a lacarte restaurant working for 5* Luxury known properties.
- Degree or equivalent certification in F&B Management
- WSET would be an advantage
- Organising of staff schedules and managing the payroll budget
- Ability to conduct Wine Training/tasting and paring with food
- Maintain food and inventories, maintain records, ordering F&B shipments
- Maintaining the highest level of guest services
- Reporting to the F&B Director
- Micros admin knowledge required
