Restaurant Manager ~ Caribbean Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating a luxury a lacarte restaurant working for 5* Luxury known properties.
Degree or equivalent certification in F&B Management
WSET would be an advantage
Organising of staff schedules and managing the payroll budget
Ability to conduct Wine Training/tasting and paring with food
Maintain food and inventories, maintain records, ordering F&B shipments
Maintaining the highest level of guest services
Reporting to the F&B Director
Micros admin knowledge required
