Restaurant Manager ~ Caribbean
Minimum 5 years` experience working within the fine dining hospitality industry, with a background in Pre-opening of new restaurants.

Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management
Must be computer literate
Analyse financial statements/P&L performance
Software: Microsoft office – Restaurant POS
Must be able to work a flexible schedule

The Restaurant Manager will be serving a modern Mediterranean Cuisine led by a renowned international Chef, bringing the St. Tropez to the Caribbean. Restaurant Manager must come with a proven background and able to provide references from previous outlets.
