Project Manager ~ Caribbean
Project Manager required who has a proven track record in building luxury Condos/Family homes for high end clients. Caribbean or Overseas experience is ideal but not essential.
Job details and requirements:
- Luxury high end homes for exclusive clients
- Able to use Project Management software
- Computer literate is a must
- Project manager who is hands on in the field leading the Team, meeting with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of their property
- Ideal PM from a trades background e.g. carpentry etc.
- Must be an excellent team player and communicator
- Able to manage subcontractors on site
- Run multiple projects at one time
Candidates must be fully vaccinated due to work permit requirements.
