Project Manager HVAC ~ Caribbean

• The Project Manager would prepare HVAC designs to ensure greatest efficiencies and effectiveness (including health and safety) to satisfy customers. 
• The Project Manager would manage the HVAC installation of residential, commercial and applied air conditioning projects such as chillers, VRF systems, ventilation systems etc at the Caribbean company.
• The Project Manager would establish delivery schedules of parts and equipment to the job site to ensure continuous, efficient flow of the work, and to avoid hold-ups in the installation process for the Caribbean Company.
• The Project Manager woud finalize local costs – labour contracts, site costs, accommodation, 
• transportation etc for the Caribbean Company.
• The Project Manager would facilitate efficiency in tendering processes. Keep the project within budget to achieve the projected gross profit. Prepare post-completion cost summaries for the Caribbean Company.
• The Project Manager would select, brief, supervise, and monitor installation contractors and the projects team, with a view to cost efficient, professional workmanship in effecting the installation and ensure conformance with industry safety standards for the Caribbean Company.
• Prepare and submit contractor payment certificates on an agreed schedule of work progress throughout the job.
• Liaise with customers on a regular basis, keeping them abreast of the plans and performance, and reviewing and obtaining approval for any changes to the established scope of works.
• The Project Manager would liaise with & provide guidance to inventory control personnel and department personnel to establish efficient procedures and supply channels to transport materials and equipment to job sites on a timely and cost efficient basis for the Caribbean Company.
• The Project Manager would monitor the performance of technicians on jobs assigned, and provide input into the appraisals of them, with a view to constantly improving the skill level and customer interface skills of the group.
• Suggest requirements for recruitment, training, re-training, and separation. 
• Provide technical support services to Sales & Marketing representatives of the Caribbean company. 
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity at the Caribbean Company.
