Project Architect ~ Caribbean

Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position is essential.

• The Project Architect would ensure the overall design intent of the project established by the Project Designer is incorporated into the detailed project documentation at the Caribbean property.
• The Project Architect will monitor the design process from the conceptual phase through construction administration, and validates that the design idea is consistent and properly executed at the Caribbean property.
• The Project Architect would be responsible for the technical resolution and coordination of a defined portion of a project or projects, including the coordination of drawings and specifications at the Caribbean property.
• The Project Architect would be responsible for executing detailed base architectural drawings, Snapshot drawings, Sketchware sketches, executing Furniture layouts at the Caribbean property.
• The Project Architect would be responsible for checking completed reports, Design and Development, Schematics and Architecture plans, estimates, and calculations for accuracy.
• Able to develop a base critical path for each project.
• Must have experience working on Luxury Resprt developments, Villas. Commercial projects.
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
• Having Caribbean experience would be an asset.
• Portfolio of works must be submitted. 
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural design.
• Must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Procore software.
• Reports directly to the Director of Development.
