Outlet Retail Manager ~ Caribbean

Minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally working in retail for the Hospitality sector Supermarket/Gift Shop. 

  • Able to lead and coach a Team 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Approachable and friendly
  • Pervious management experience within the retail sector  
  • Prepare rotas for the team, arrange staff cover  if needed  
  • Making sure the Shop/Market is kept clean at all times and presentable to guests
  • Ability to be flexible working weekends, evenings, holidays 

Manage; Stock ordering – Stock takes – Audits –   
      Cash flow – Staff & training 

Outlets; X1 Boutique Store X1 Supermarket
Location; Remote

Outlet Retail Manager ~ Compensation 

  • $50K USD – Gross
