Outdoor Pursuits Director ~Caribbean

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a 5-star resort or in the luxury related field.
Must have full knowledge of all outdoor pursuits’ services/activities & marine environments.
Must have valid powerboat license/s, First Aid/CPR & kitsurfing certifications.
Must be capable and comfortable of swimming in the ocean.
Must have previous experience teaching/coaching outdoor sports.
The Outdoor Pursuits Director must be able to exercise good judgment and decision making; Personable, approachable, creative and adventurous.
The Outdoor Pursuits Director will lead the Outdoor Pursuits department to provide exceptional Caribbean experiences and memories all while ensuring utmost safety for members, guests, and prospects during their visits.
