Mixologist Bar Manager ~ Caribbean
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Head Sommelier in a 4/5-star establishment along with Caribbean experience.

• Certified Master Sommelier or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent in certified training certificates 
• Luxury experience working in the Caribbean
• Mixologist Bar Manager is responsible for ordering/inventory & negotiating with suppliers
• Mixologist Bar Manager will be responsible for preventing product loss and maximizing profit 
• Mixologist Bar Manager must be a Team Player able to train & motivate current staff with a positive outlook
• Guest satisfaction must be maintained at the highest of services 

Mixologist Bar Manager to join an Ultra Luxury Brand in the Caribbean. Mixologist Bar Manager will be the wine and spirits expert creating wine lists that pair with food menus, updating drinks lists with current trends, food and wine pairings, responsible for all aspects of the resorts wine and spirits programs, including the purchasing, storage, and selling of these beverages and training staff.
