Maintenance Manager~Caribean

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working within a luxury resort.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager must have Caribbean experience.
The Maintenance Manager must possess core knowledge in maintaining HVAC systems, pools, kitchen & laundry equipment, general building upkeep and wastewater treatment plant on a Caribbean Island.
Must have strong verbal & written communication skills.
Location: Remote Caribbean Island
Single status preferred.
