Housekeeping Supervisor ~Caribbean
3 – 5 of supervisory experience preferably in Hotel Operations or overseeing a team of 20 plus housekeeping staff.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for training Housekeepers and Housemen on cleaning, maintenance tasks and maintaining 5 star hygiene standards.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor must have strong administrative skills and be able to lead 20 plus staff.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist with overseeing staff daily at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will check rooms and common areas, including stairways, elevators and guest areas for cleanliness at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist with scheduling shifts and arranging for replacements in case of absences at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will respond to guest complaints and special requests at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including cleaning supplies at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas at the Caribbean Resort.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to manage resources and prioritize and organize work efficiently and effectively.
- Possess and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
- Be able to work in close co-operation with and foster team spirit with all team members and co-workers, demonstrating teamwork by co-operating and assisting team members as needed.
- Has full knowledge of Hotel and Department policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability and must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 30 pounds.
