Minimum 10 years‘ experience working as a Food and Beverage Director or is ready to progress into the Director role.

Hospitality degree in Food and Beverage or Hotel management
WSEP would be an asset
Culinary background
Caribbean experience
Property: Private Island, Luxury high-end Resort & Marina

Salary is depending on experience;

$75K to $85K Gross
