Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Director of Rooms working for 5* luxury properties with pre-opening experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hotel administration/management, business administration, or related field.
The Director of Rooms will be responsible for overseeing the Guest Services, Personal Concierge, Housekeeping and Laundry Departments and work directly with Owner Relations.
The Director of Rooms must possess detailed knowledge of hotel rooms division operations; demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills; and proven track record in optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
The Director of Rooms must have experience successfully leading in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing demands.
The Director of Rooms must be technically savvy with Rooms Division operating and budgeting systems.
