Minimum of 15+ years’ experience within the Hospitality sector, minimum of 5 years` working within a management role with reputable 5 Star exclusive resorts

Director of Food and Beverage must be able to display longevity within professional career
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage or in Business Administration
Director of Food and Beverage to have strong command of the operations of restaurants and accommodations facilities
Excellent knowledge of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as Sales & Marketing methods

Responsibilities: Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the operations of Food and Beverage, Pool and Beach Department and special events/ functions, as well as the VIP facilities behind the scenes management.
