Finance Controller ~ Caribbean

Exciting opportunity for a Finance Controller to work with a High-End Developer within the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete Audits, tax return papers and quarterly estimates
• Interface with various departments, outside agencies (banking, legal and regulatory compliance), customers, and vendors in exchanging information responding to requests
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the management and ownership teams as well as prepare monthly sales reports
• Responsible for computer systems including Sage Intacct, Jonas, Adaptive planning and FloQast for the project
• Managing a small team

Qualifications:

• Accounting required; CPA preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the Construction industry
• Prior working knowledge of accounting applications to include Intact Sage highly preferred

Salary USD100k NET + package
