This position reports to the Senior Projects Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the project design is carried out as per the Architect’s specification.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience, must have prior Caribbean experience working in the Hotel Industry.
Proficient relevant computer software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch UP & Photoshop.
Responsibilities:
Assist to determine and document the scope of work & prepare RFP documentation for issue to the approved consultants.
Assist and provide information to the Controls dept. in the preparation of technical sections of the consultant contracts and agreements.
Hold design coordination meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes and inform the SPM and Design Director at Holding Team when they are required.
