Minimum of 2 years experience working for 5* luxury properties.
- The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Chef De Partie will assist with the management of health and safety at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Chef De Partie will assist with the management of food hygiene practices at the Caribbean Resort
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- The Chef De Partie will monitor portions and waste control.
- The Chef De Partie will ensure adequacy of supplies at all times and place orders in a timely manner

- $14,400 USD Net Per Annum
