Assistant Food and Beverage Director ~ Caribbean
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working for 5* Luxury properties in tole or similar.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director will provide assistance to the Director of F& B in the coordination of the F &B operations at the Caribbean Resort.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director must have experience with Resorts’ adhering to Forbes standards or leading hotels of the world (LHW).
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director must have strong managerial skills to manage managers.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director will assist with the implementation of departmental strategies and action plans in accordance with the Caribbean resort’s strategic and sales plans
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director must possess a strong command of the operations of F&B outlets such as restaurants and all other facilities within a Caribbean resort.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director must have a good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director will assist in monitoring and checking the Caribbean resort guests’ satisfaction.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director will ensure that all the Caribbean resort standards are adhered to, by training F & B personnel and monitoring their compliance.
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Director would be responsible for overseeing 2 outlets.

- Salary $96K USD Per Annum– Housing allowance is included.
- 10% Performance Bonus
- Service Charge- Estimated between USD 1000- USD 1500 per month.
